The International Youth Federation is an international non-profit youth organizations network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is neutral politically, and non-denominational, aim to empower youth worldwide.

IYF's mission is to position itself as a world-class knowledge organization. In order to achieve this mission, the organization should transform its workforce by developing the requisite staff capacity through learning.

Under the overall guidance of the Director, Learning HUB, the Learning Analyst provides a wide range of support in the delivery of programmes and services in the areas of learning and development.

Mission Statement:
To voluntarily represent, positively promote, and uphold the mission of “Empowering youth for better world” in various programs and opportunities throughout the IYF interventions and the community.

( A ) Support the Implementation of Learning Strategies:
• Management of the organizational and individual needs analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and administration of learning programmes.
• Facilitation, as required, the development of training materials and delivery of training events.
• Coordination of surveys, assessment and feedback analysis to monitor the impact of learning and to evaluate overall programme effectiveness.
• Advocate, facilitate and co-ordinate learning of staff.
• Promote the Learning HUB and the use of and available services at the learning platform.
• Respond to queries and requests for assistance and inform staff of materials available on the Learning HUB.
• Regularly coordinate with the HQ Learning Committee to be updated about learning and training policies and procedures.
• Assists in the implementation of corporate initiatives for practice development, capacity-building, and knowledge outreach.
• Proposes and technically advises on training/learning initiatives for staff.

( B ) Support the IYF Learning HUB Performance:
• Set up new learning programmes offered by partners and relevant institutions.
• Create/setup external courses and assign them to catalog categories and job profiles.
• Identify the content gaps and research for content in IYF's knowledge path and coordinate design and development of new online learning resources in collaboration with learning experts.
• Design Learning materials/guides for leaders/managers and staff.
• Develop monthly Learning Newsletter and quarterly catalog.
• Generate reports and analytics of the HUB performance, courses, and learning activities.
• Create relevant surveys and assessments.

( C ) Helps coordinate activities of the Learning Committee
• Review progress on staff learning and submit report/feedback to the learning committee.
• Support the Learning Committee meetings and provide a recommendation of staff training, and learning activities.
• Act as Secretary for the Committee by preparing agenda/minutes and ensuring timely dissemination of both.

• Highly interest in youth empowerment issues.
• Knowledge sharing skills are required.

Experience and results preferred at national level preferred in education, coaching, Training of Trainers, youth empowerment role, training, knowledge management, development, communications, international relations, capacity building, sport, women empowerment, youth-led organizations or another relevant field.

Fluency in English with superior drafting skills is essential.

Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by a competency-based interview.
